The collaboration was seamless and éliou’s creation of two necklaces and two pairs of earrings transports to the feeling of warm summer days and breezy long nights. Made of natural shells and colorful freshwater pearl beads, these handmade creations will accompany the «Tropical Purple» collection, which includes a swimsuit, ready-to-wear pieces and accessories in a myriad of shades of purple. Infusing a playful tone to the capsule, these unique and one-of-a-kind pieces add a new dimension to the Maje girl’s wardrobe.

The Maje x éliou collection and the «Tropical Purple» capsule will be available in limited quantities as of mid-April 2023 on maje.com and in selected Maje boutiques.

Drawing inspiration from an idyllic eternal summer, creative partners and best friends, Cristy Mantilla and Duda Teixeira, éliou is a celebration of the handmade. The former art directors’ jewelry, clothing, and special edition collaborations are articulations of where their personal styles overlap and diverge. The vision of éliou is to create handmade, artisanal pieces that tell a story and encourage the wearer to experiment with their own everyday personal style.
